All our services have a high reputation for quality and competence. Blasting. Grit blasting - Different sizes of grit can be used to give the metal a varying texture giving a raw finish or a different anchor pattern for application of pack paint or powder coating. Glass bead blasting - For a specrotive satin finish to non ferrous metals and stainless steel. Vapor blasting - Similar to bead blasting using air and water mix to give the ultimate blast finish to all non ferrous metals and stainless steel.. |

Powder coating. Once degreased and blast cleaned powder coating can be applied by minute powder particles electrostaticly charged are applied to the work piece, powder coating offers protection against corrosion and resistance from the elements. Once coating is temperature cured (200 degrees ) it is chip resistant and extremely durable. Ideal for exterior and interior items. Paint, 2-pack. For the toughest and most durable finish 2 - pack is recommended comprising of an epoxy primer and polyurethane top coat giving the perfect finish for all outdoor items be it domestic or industrial. Vast range of colours available from any RAL chart or from standards BS 4800 and BS 381c.
Environmental and "green" paint Environmentally friendly ,non toxic painting available. paint applicable to all surfaces. These paints contain no heavy metals or toxins and have been developed for durability while keeping a very low carbon footprint.
